One of our clients had four separate defined benefit (DB) pension schemes with different pension trustee boards and only a few common advisers.
This case study shows how we maximised efficiencies by creating a common pension trustee board across the schemes, the challenges we had to overcome to make the new structure a success and the benefits gained by the client.
