Mike is a Scheme Manager within PSIT Secretarial Services. He acts as secretary to the trustees for several clients and co-ordinates all day-to-day activities for larger scheme secretary appointments.
Mike began his pensions career at the Automobile Association’s in-house pensions department and progressed to team leader. In 1996, he joined LCP as an administration team leader, later moving to the administration consultancy team. Here he was responsible for providing secretarial services to several diverse schemes and consultancy project work.
In 2007, Mike joined the Punter Southall Group as a Senior Consultant, performing a variety of administrative and consultancy roles. He is now responsible for delivering secretarial services and providing support to his clients’ trustee boards and PSIT colleagues.
Mike has a particular interest in governance issues such as data cleansing, scheme budgets, record keeping, risk management, trustee training and online scheme management tools.
Mike enjoys photography, taking part in various adventure sports and activities, and is particularly proud of surviving 30 years in pensions!
