Client feedback

So much more proactive than the previous company. On the ball - thinking in advance of things needing doing - very proactive.
Paul Rudd ,
Chairman of Trustees, Express Newspaper
I found the trustee training really beneficial, highly recommended. I am not a trustee, I represent the employer and I think it will be valuable for me in future, having a better understanding of the trustees' perspective.
Dave Strain,
Royal Yachting Association
Excellent service - as expected and why PSIT was chosen.
Stuart Barker ,
Independent Occupational Pensions Consultant, RSPCA
The trustee training was a very well-paced overview which gave opportunity to explore ideas and question more deeply at key points.
Paul Coley,
The Altro Pension and Life Scheme
PSIT was chosen because of their knowledge of the subject and awareness of our particular schemes.
George Batho ,
Trustee, Lansing Linde
PSIT were overall more professional than others.

Gillian is a Client Director within PSIT Secretarial Services. She acts as secretary to the trustees for several of our clients and also assists with pensions project work.

Background & experience

Gillian worked in pensions in Edinburgh and South Africa before joining Punter Southall in 1999. She became a Principal in 2002 and was responsible for the Guildford office administration team.

Gillian was the driving force behind initiatives to obtain the Plain English Crystal Mark for member communications and the annual internal controls review. Latterly, she was Head of Administration Client Services and implemented auto-enrolment for various clients.

Gillian has acted as a secretary to the trustees since 2009 and transferred to PSIT to focus on this role. She is a member of the PMI’s media sub-committee and a PMI Fellowship Network Ambassador. She is also secretary of the NAPF Thames Valley committee.

Gillian’s project management and organisational skills come in handy outside of work too, whether that’s for planning events like her son’s three day wedding or navigating her way around Moscow and St Petersburg.
