They deliver above expectation when the scheme has a particular challenge.

Ian has added more value than we thought he would at the start… which shows it pays to go with someone who is doing the job of a professional trustee as their bread and butter.

When requesting information by email, I have noticed that there is 'out of hours activity' to answer me. I regard this as a stand out 'above and beyond' - impressed.
PSIT offered the right support at very short notice, at reasonable cost, when we really needed it

So much more proactive than the previous company. On the ball - thinking in advance of things needing doing - very proactive.

Congratulations to Curtis Mitchell and his partner, Zoe, for successfully completing the London to Reading Bike Ride on Saturday 18th March and raising over £300 for the British Heart Foundation.

They both wanted to face a physical challenge this year and they gave their best efforts by buying new bikes, fancy padded shorts and even cycled 7 miles in one training session.

Here's what he had to say afterwards: “It was tough! The last 10 miles were mentally challenging and I’m certain the miles got longer towards the finish line. It took us 4 hours 15 minutes to complete the route, which is not too bad for our first long distance bike ride. We appreciate all of the support and donations before the ride and during.”
