From a good governance perspective, it is important pension scheme trustees spend time discussing their annual business plan and preparing a budget that reflects these plans. Regular updates on expenditure against the budget can then be provided at trustee meetings.

This case study shows how we recently helped one PSIT client implement an improved budget process.
